Coordinating interviews with a leukemia survivor and a hematology and medical oncology physician while respecting demanding schedules and maintaining strict HIPAA compliance called for a thoughtful production process from start to finish. Produced over multiple days at active farmers markets, this project combined a documentary filmmaking approach with strategic commercial photography to create a cohesive library of assets for both video and print. Multicamera interviews, aerial cinematography, still photography, and dynamic b-roll came together to tell the story of a community-driven initiative through the voices of its founders, healthcare partners, and program beneficiaries. Having the opportunity to team up with Yond Studio (The Creative Ignition Studio) we jointly demonstrated that the best production solutions are often the simplest. Rather than coordinating four separate locations, this photography campaign began with identifying a single environment capable of representing healthcare, industrial, first responders, and government settings. Careful pre-production and close collaboration with the creative agency ensured every detail, from casting and wardrobe to props and set design, supported each unique scenario while keeping the crew and talent in one location. The result was an efficient production that delivered a versatile library of authentic imagery for the client's website relaunch, tradeshow presence, and ongoing marketing efforts.
